Fans have spotted an interesting detail in Meghan Markle’s recent Instagram debut video, suggesting multiple takes may have been filmed before the final posting.
The Duchess of Sussex shared a carefree beach video on Wednesday through her new social media account, featuring herself strolling barefoot along Montecito’s shoreline. She sported casual beachwear – a crisp white button-down shirt paired with ankle-rolled white jeans.

Observant viewers noticed an intriguing detail during her beach walk – the numbers “2025” were already visible in the sand on the left side of the frame during Prince Harry’s filming. The footage shows Markle finding an ideal spot to inscribe the new year in cursive writing before flashing a smile and moving off-screen.
The light-hearted clip has already accumulated over 4 million views, helping Markle amass more than 750,000 followers. While comments are disabled on the post, celebrity friends including Serena Williams and Chrissy Teigen showed their support through likes.
Page Six had previously revealed Markle’s acquisition of the Instagram handle @meghan last August. Her profile initially featured pink flowers but now displays a black-and-white portrait of herself with flowing hair.

This marks Markle’s return to social media following a hiatus that began with her November 2017 engagement to Prince Harry. The couple’s journey since then has included their May 2018 wedding, followed by the birth of Prince Archie in May 2019. After relocating to North America in 2020 following their departure from royal duties, they welcomed Princess Lilibet in June 2021.
Sources indicate the American Riviera Orchard founder is preparing for a significant comeback, with plans for a Netflix series focusing on culinary arts, gardening, and entertainment scheduled for this year.
