Star-studded Super Bowl lunch brings together sports legends

A star-studded Super Bowl luncheon hosted by Michael Rubin and Casey Wasserman brought together a remarkable reunion between New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and legendary quarterback Tom Brady in New Orleans.

The exclusive gathering attracted an impressive mix of sports figures, including rappers Travis Scott and Meek Mill, who were observed sharing a table with Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels. The event also welcomed power couple Russell Wilson and Ciara, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, and the Manning brothers, Peyton and Eli. Notable attendees from the football world included Eagles GM Howie Roseman, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, and Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt.

“They were all hanging at the lunch,” said a source, as the event has become the veritable Sun Valley of the Super Bowl weekend.

Brady shared moments from the gathering on his Instagram Stories, featuring photographs with various attendees including Kraft, Daniels, and Odell Beckham Jr.

The luncheon’s guest list extended beyond the sports world, drawing virtually every NFL owner and prominent entertainment industry figures. Among them were Endeavor’s Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro, Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch, Comcast executive Mark Lazarus, former NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell, and media personality Gayle King.

Corporate leaders in attendance included Verizon Wireless CEO Hans Vestberg, Raising Cane’s CEO Todd Graves, Silver Lake’s Greg Mondre, and fashion entrepreneurs Kristin Juszczyk and Emma Grede. The gathering also welcomed Chelsea FC owner Todd Boehly, Josh Harris, David Blitzer, and David Adelman. The music industry was represented by the Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart and Alex Pall.

Rubin — the founder of Fanatics — posted pics from the New Orleans event with the caption, “Humbled and honored to bring together some of the best minds in sports, entertainment, business and culture at our annual Super Bowl luncheon with Casey Wasserman. Additionally, Rubin is set to host a massive Super Bowl celebration for Fanatics, featuring performances by Travis Scott, Post Malone, and Don Tolliver. The Saturday night event at the Sugar Mill is anticipated to draw major stars, following previous years’ performances by artists like Cardi B, Doja Cat, Ice Spice, A$AP Ferg, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, Fabolous, Ludacris, Ne-Yo, and The Kid LAROI.
