TEXAS Senator Ted Cruz Accuses Harris’ Running Mate Of Supporting Illegal Immigration
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) took to hating Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, accusing him of supporting illegal immigration based on some comments made by the governor recently.
Cruz raised his alarms on the “Verdict” podcast with co-host Ben Ferguson when he referred to a remark Walz made last week about the U.S. Mexican border wall.
In an interview with CNN, Walz said “[Trump] talks about this wall. I always say, let me know how high it is. If it’s 25 feet, then I’ll invest in the 30-foot ladder factory.”
Cruz took Walz making a comment on ladders as more than an economic joke, adding: “Understand he’s not saying as like a financial matter that he wants to invest in ladder companies. He is not advising that as a stock-picking tip. What he’s saying is he’s rooting for the people climbing the wall. He’s rooting for the people crossing into this country, and he’s not admitting this, but he’s rooting for the human traffickers. He’s rooting effectively, for the drug cartels.”
Cruz added, “And that’s exactly where Kamala Harris is. Kamala Harris was our border czar. She was in charge of the border during this invasion of eleven-and-a-half million people, and Tim Walz is there. He will be the cheerleader. The two of them will wave their pom poms, cheering on the invasion, going ‘yay, ladders, yay tunnels, get into this country illegally.’ Why? Because we think you’re going to vote for Democrats. And his record is he supports open borders. So does Kamala Harris, that’s why she picked him.”
