Trump Says Kamala Harris Has Flip-Flopped On Every Major Topic

Former President Donald Trump recently claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris has changed her mind about major problems like border security, taxes, and more.

In February, Harris took a page out of Trump’s book when she (using slightly less coarse language) announced at an event in Las Vegas that if elected president, “I will eliminate your tax on tips.” 

“Kamala Harris has flip-flopped on virtually every policy she has supported and lived by for her entire career, from the Border to Tips, and the Fake News Media isn’t reporting it,” Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday. “She sounds more like Trump than Trump, copying almost everything. She is conning the American public, and will flip right back. I will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! There will be no flipping!!!”

The original policy was the product of Trump announcing it in June, at a rally where else. but Las Vegas. 

“So this is the first time I’ve said this, and for those hotel workers and people that get tips, you’re going to be very happy because when I get to office, we are going to not charge taxes on tips, on people making tips,” Trump said at the rally. “And I think it’s going to be something that is deserved — more importantly — popular or unpopular, I do some unpopular things too, if it’s right for the country, I do what’s right.”

He also attacked Harris’ claim of having a tough stance on border security in an interview last weekend. 

In a new ad, Harris boasts that she has backed “the strictest border control bill in years” and calls herself an ex-border state district attorney. 

Trump shot back in no uncertain terms, authoring this response: “Kamala Harris was put in sole charge of the Border. It quickly became the WORST AND MOST DANGEROUS BORDER IN HISTORY. As President, Harris will completely DESTROY OUR COUNTRY!”

Republicans have long targeted Harris, most recently for the historically high influx of illegal immigrants during her tenure in the Biden-Harris administration and previous reports identifying her as “border czar” by President Joe Biden.

In the latest polling averages, Trump is ahead in five of seven critical battleground surveys. The other two tend to tilt towards Harris.
