Nancy Mace Says She Will Not  “Women and Girls in a Dangerous Situation with Men”

Rep Tears Apart Civil Rights Activist

The leader of a Marxist civil rights organization came under fire from Rep. Nancy Mace, R-South Carolina, for her definition of a woman, claiming that her philosophy puts women at risk.

During the House hearing titled “Standing up for the Rule of Law: Ending Illegal Racial Discrimination and Protecting Men and Women in U.S. Employment Practices,” Maya Wiley, CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, was confronted by Mace with the question, “Can you define what a woman is?”

“A woman is a person who says she is, and let me tell you one story about this—” said Wiley, a former MSNBC legal analyst who ran for mayor of New York City in 2021 on a platform of defunding the police.

Wiley was eventually told to remain quiet as Mace regained her time. “No, no, you’re not going to tell me a story; we’re not doing that right now; it’s not story time,” Mace finally stated.

Mace asserted, “Biological women are real women.” “A guy born as a man who wants to pretend to be a woman and put him and his big-Jim-and-the-twins in the locker room with underage girls or, his little-Jim-and-twins, by the way, is disgusting.”

Then, Mace related an event in which she took her daughter, then 14 years old, shopping for her birthday, and her daughter was “escorted to her dressing room by a biological male dressed in a lace bralette and a miniskirt.” I have no idea if that man was over the age of eighteen or not, but it is horrible. The way that we are redefining women and letting men into their personal lives is utterly repugnant.”

“And by the way, Miss Wiley, I’m a survivor of rape, I was raped at the age of 16,” Mace continued. “I am not going to put other women and girls into unsafe situations with biological men with their willy-nillies out, putting women and girls at risk.”

After the conversation went viral on social media, many criticized Wiley for believing that a woman is only someone who chooses to identify as such. According to the account America First Legal, “the left wants to erase biological reality.” Video journalist Nick Sortor commented, “Rep. @NancyMace is on FIRE today showing America just how ridiculous the left has gotten.” He continued to berate Wiley, saying, “This is a professed law professor. WHEN WILL THIS FINISH?”

“These people are ridiculous,” the conservative humor account Catturd wrote.
