Biden Allegedly Talked Up Hunter To Russian Officials
Then-Vice President Joe Biden allegedly told several Russian officials to treat his son Hunter Biden well, according to a former business associate of the president’s son. The latest revelation came amid Hunter Biden’s two federal trials on tax and firearms charges.
According to former Hunter Biden associate Jason Galanis, Joe Biden called during a party Hunter was attending in Brooklyn in 2014. Galanis said that he was there and listened to the conversation on speakerphone. The conversation included a Russian investor and her husband, who was the former mayor of Moscow. Another Hunter Biden business partner, Devon Archer, was allegedly there.
Hunter Biden allegedly told his father “I am here with our friends I told you were coming to town, and we wanted to say hello.”
Joe Biden allegedly talked about safe travels but ended the call by telling the group to “be good to my boy.”
Hunter Biden allegedly replied with “Everything is good, and we are moving ahead” before a comment from his father about “being helpful.”
According to Republican House investigators, there have been a number of other occasions in which Joe Biden allegedly took part in business phone calls with his son.
The news also comes as attorneys for Hunter Biden claimed that a photo released by federal investigators is actually sawdust, not cocaine. Despite the opinion of federal law enforcement that the photo showed drugs belonging to Hunter Biden, his attorneys dispute this. This is the case despite another photo allegedly from his laptop showing him driving while smoking crack cocaine.
In addition, Republicans protested after CBS News seized the records of outgoing reporter Catherine Herridge. Herridge, who worked for both CBS and Fox News, was reportedly investigating the president’s son.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) announced late this week that the House Judiciary Committee, which he chairs, would open an investigation into the seizure.
Herridge was released from the organization amid a wave of layoffs. However, critics pointed out the potentially unusual step CBS took to seize her laptop when she left.
